Python Script for Discourse Data Import

I'm looking for someone experienced with Python scripting and API integrations to build a tool for me. This tool needs to accurately and efficiently import POSTS data from a CSV file into Discourse using its API.
Key Requirements:
- Update Existing Posts: If the script comes across any duplicate posts in the import process, it should update the existing posts instead of skipping or creating a new post.
- Post Content & Tags Update: Even though the posts are existing ones, the script needs to have the capability to update 'Post content' and its 'Tags associated'.
The ideal candidate for this project should demonstrate:
1. Expertise in Python Script Programming.
2. Proven experience with API integrations.
3. Familiarity with Discourse platform and its API would be advantageous.
4. High attention to detail in handling data and understand the consequences of importing data.
5. Exceptional understanding of dealing with CSV file data.
Your job does not end with the implementation. I would like the successful candidate to run the script with our real data and ensure the script is working as expected.
