Build a tensorflow model for text classification

Hi,
I'm trying to build a neural net to figure out the title of a song from a list of youtube video titles.
Observe the following examples
Post Malone - Circles (Lyrics) -> 'Circles' is the title
Ariana Grande & Justin Bieber - Stuck with U -> 'Stuck with U'
These are of course, simple examples, the titles I am working with is much more complex.
I've already setup a neural net. Tried to do Embeddings & LSTM layers but its just not working.
About me, I am already familiar with Python but am new to machine learning concepts and mathematics. Your job is to help me setup the right kind of layers, loss functions, text preprocessing. I also need to learn about terminologies like Named Entity Recognition(NER) and any possible alternative methods.
