Architectural Package Preparation - Private Project

I need an architect to prepare a simple landscaping / hardscaping architectural package (similar to attached example) for a house. The package shall consist of:
1- A Landscaping Plan showing existing house and proposed landscaping modifications.
2- A Planting & Drainage plan showing plants, plant schedule and drainage. Also includes Planting / Shrub Schedule.
3- A plan / elevation / section for a TV wall console
All 3 drawings to be to scale 3/16" = 1', complete with Legends. All 3 drawing to include legends and notes that I will provide.
I am providing another package as example (called Example PDF). Your package will be similar, but a little simpler. The points below discuss the similarities between what you will produce when compared to the example:
1- You will NOT need to provide Lighting plan
2- You will need to provide TV wall are plan, elevation and section details (instead of 'Water Feature Details')
3- The shrub schedule will only include 2 items (6 trees, grass)
4- In the house front, there is no work for you except for a small 3' walkway between driveway and side gate.
I am attaching the plot plan as given by the builder, you need to use and show those dimensions.
I am attaching the proposed modifications, you need to show those on the drawings, including their dimensions, elevations, distances from existing structures.
I am attaching a drawing for the TV wall, you need to produce plan, elevation and section details.
I will provide pictures and notes to go on the package.
The following are additional general requirements:
(A) Plot Plan:
(i) Show lot lines accurately as to length, angles and amount of curve. Show all existing and proposed buildings, structures, fences, walls, sidewalks and other Improvements; indicate all required setbacks, easements and top or toe of slopes.
(ii) Show all dimensions on work to be considered; distances between existing and proposed work and distances between proposed work and property lines, setback lines and slopes.
(B) Landscape Plan:
(i) Include proposed walkways and other hardscape, planting areas and plant names, patios.
(C) Exterior Elevations:
(i) Provide exterior elevations for TV wall, show the existing elevation in relation to the proposed improvement.
(ii) Proposed TV wall drawings shall note materials, colors and heights.
(iii) Note all finished materials, colors and textures of proposed work. Note if proposed finishes and materials are to match existing finishes and materials.
(D) Floor Plans (for TV Wall area):
(i) Indicate all walls, columns, openings and any condition or feature that will affect the exterior design of the structure.
(ii) Show dimensions of proposed work and related existing work; indicate relationship.
(iii) Delineate all parts of the exterior that cannot be shown on elevation drawings.
I am also attaching a video of the backyard for your reference.
You will deliver PDF format, very similar to 'Example PDF'. If you do a great job, I can award you future similar projects on a private project basis!
I just realized I forgot to attach the most important document 'Example PDF". I just added it. So you will have to produce something very similar.
