Re-Write our Business Statement but from a Writers point of View

We need someone that is willing to take our Business Plan and Business Statement, and re-write it as if it was going to be shown to someone that isn't entirely Business Related, such as a general customer or someone who might find it an interesting read.
So the idea is that it would need to be backed up with a minimum of 5 articles each for the major points within the whole document, and we need it to express everything that we want but without being pages upon pages long. So it needs to be written in a way that captivates or captures the audience and if anyone had questions regarding it, it had enough resources and references to back it up entirely.
This means that you will have to do your research fully on each topic and have those articles or journalistic reviews available on hand to back up and prove those points, so this will be something that takes a bit of time to do. like 1 to 2 weeks worth.
Documents will be provided upon understanding of task. And after proof that you can do what is required/requested.
