Find me some Leads

I'm looking for someone to follow up with real estate leads that have called my number recently. I need someone who can follow a script but also naturally able to talk to sellers, and set up appointments for me to speak with them and/or visit their property.
Must Haves:
* Really good English Skills
* Must be a good communicator
* Naturally happy person as it comes across on the phone
* Driven to want to succeed - as I say...If you are not the lead dog the view never changes
* Team player
* Problem solver and someone who provide options * Minimum of a 5mbps internet connection that is stable - Yes I am tired of hearing about internet connections not up
* Accountable - you must be dependable
* Desire to learn and be a better person
* Work hours to be on Central Standard Time (4 hours)
Would like to have:
* Real estate work history - IS A MUST
* 2 or more years with telemarketing history
* Good computer skills on most programs with Word, Excel, Google Spreadsheet
We will provide the information with phone numbers to [url removed, login to view] expect you to follow up until you reach the clients because some have to be reached on several occasions. You will receive your base pay ($3/HOUR) as well as incentive pay for every deal that is closed from your calls in addition to what your salaried pay is.
