SAP Consultancy - ERP 6.0

I require a SAP consultant who can provide advice regarding integration. It is for SAP ERP 6.0. Please see attached images for more detail about the SAP version and other information.
At a high level, what we want to do is:
1. Be able to access vendor (supplier) data
2. Be able to access Purchase Order data, including the actual PO data and any good receipted against the PO
3. Post an invoice back into SAP
4. Access account codes
I require guidance around what is and/or isn't possible.
If possible, i'll require documentation to support this, such as tables, data dictionary, list of API's and what data can be pushed/pulled to/from SAP, what is the integration method, any licensing requirements.
If it is not possible, you'll need to advise why and what the options are to overcome this. Perhaps it's a licensing requirement, in which case you'll advise what licenses need to be obtained. Perhaps you require some further information, in which case you will advise what that is and how it can be obtained from SAP
I'm happy for advice to be given verbally (I can arrange aTeams call), although i expect any reference material to be provided in writing.
I suspect that for a SAP expert, who is familiar with this version, this will be quick discussion and a bit of research to grab the correct documents.
Please indicate in your reply whether you have experience in this version of SAP.
