Charting Function/Program

I need a simple charting function that will chart financial data created by software written in APL (function can be in any language). The charting function will need to be called by the APL program and should chart the data computed by the APL program.
Background
I prefer using APL for my technical analysis. It's unsurpassed in computational ability and is far superior to the analytical capabilities of Tradestation, Metastock, or any other commercially available financial analysis / charting software. However, I have no GUI skills and need a callable function/program to graph the output of my analysis.
Note 1: Analysis or computational capability is NOT required for the proposed function. Just plotting capability only.
Note 2: Function does NOT need to be written in APL. Could be written in any language. I just need to be able to call it - for example through a DLL.
