Input(example 13th January sheet: inputdataformhorses):

File with data where format of the data have to be converted. The data is something like a table for races. The format of this data have to be converted. Right now all runners in each race are present in single row for that race, thats why the file contains first few rows as a header for the table. For example in header we can see column of name: Jockey( 1[ 1]) repeated: Jockey( 1[ 2]), Jockey( 1[ 3]), etc

Output(example 13th January sheet: dataformhorses):

File with the same data but with different format. In input each race was in single row. In output file I like to see each runner for each race in single row. Output should be csv file.
