I need a workflow. Using Sharepoint on prem 2016. And SP designer.
Need to create a workflow/lists that allow a select group to report incidents tied to a specific numbered event.
Using [login to view URL] (modified)I enter ID number of the event.
then
Select users then get an email with link to list to report their issues pertaining to the event. The link will be an edit form I create in SPD.
The logic has to populate the event number in every incident reported based on date the event was created.
There is never more than one incident per week. So if the creation date of the incident was within 7 days of the event,
it would be assigned that event number so I can sort by event.
I am open to any solution, workflow, lookups, calculated columns, etc.
