We need help with updating the theme for [login to view URL]

We are having issues with optimizing the speed of the mobile site, the desktop is fine, but if you do get the job it would be great to see if you could optimize it further.

The theme is the Flex theme from [login to view URL], but due to the design there was a lot of customization and functionality added.

We are looking to bring all the scores in the Google site speed test to be over 80% and we will need this as a guarantee before going with you.
