Redirecting Public IP adress traffic to a new public IP using IPtables

I need assistance to setup a Centos for redirecting Public IP adress traffic to a new public IP using IPtables.
We have webservers placed on a remote location which we wanna redirect the traffic to another location with other public IP adresses, see attached diagram.
I plan to have an virtual Centos installation on the remote location hosted on a Microsoft HyperV.
I´ts 7 public IP adresses which we want to be able to redirect one by one.
