Build macro builder

Hello. So i have a macro that doesn't work. If i click RUN, it downloads and executes [login to view URL] , but if i open the .xls file, it doesn't run on startup. What I need is for a programmer to:

1) fix my vbscript macro to work on xls/doc files

2) create a python builder file that will randomize/obfuscate the macro each time it's executed

here is the macro that im using right now and it's not running when file is opened.
