Create a Vue form that takes it data from an API

I need a VUE form that takes its data from an REST API. I want the 6 input boxes filled in with the API data and I want the end user to have the ability change the data and when the submit button is click I want the data in a format that can be send back to the webserver. The connection string will use AXIOS and will call an AZURE web service. I will provide a live api http string. I need you to create the project in a sandbox. I am really only interested in code that I can reuse. Code that parses the json data. Code that reads the form and creates the json data. I will take care of the http POST
