A multiplayer caption game.
the game is as follows:
A picture is shown on pictureBox1 (downloaded from a website), and users enter a caption for the picture on the right
in the textbox, and ther is a time limit to enter the caption of 1 minute (showing a timer counting down).
Then - all captions are shown in a list in a random order.
Then - users click the caption they think is the best
Then it displays all the captions in order of who got the most votes.
Then it displays the caption in a larger size by itself next to the picture.
Points are scored for getting the most votes.
