Simple csharp process check loop every few seconds until it is found

I need to simple csharp process check windows forms application. This will have an Image on top, two lines of static text below. With no buttons, this needs to loop every 5 seconds and look for explorer.exe. If [login to view URL] is found, then exit the application. I will basically launch this exe when [login to view URL] is not running. I would like this to exit one [login to view URL] is found. I need the source code as well as exe once done. Thank you.
