I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Javascript. I'm looking for a coder who can create a mall kiosk directory and advertisement display software for a mall client. I have all the graphic/UI elements for the software, but need someone to build the software structure in such a way that it can handle multiple accounts and be scaled to other malls/properties. I would like to manage everything from a web portal so essentially, this is a software+cms. The kiosk screens will be mounted with Android OS included so the appropriate coding language would be used. Essentially, I'd like to be able to just add in the map in vector format and add and remove store information as necessary. Lastly, there should be a way to add widgets for other functionality as clients need. Imagine this as a Wordpress platform for digital out-of-home directories and ads. We are working on partnering with an ad network that would funnel ads to each screen as well. Content will be uploaded via the cloud and changed dynamically.
