I need an outbound auto-dialer application & configuration for Asterisk. I also would need your assistance in which hardware & any other software to accommodate 48 voip ports. They system would need to dial 48 simultaneously voip calls. I would import a list which contains 10 digits varibles ---------------------- Sequence of Events ---------------------------------------- 01. Select rows from table where status = 0 02. Loop through result set and dial the number stored in phone_number 0column 03. If phone answered then play wav file stored & then hangup. 04. If no answer or busy update status column = 1 05. If phone disconnected detected update status column = 2 06. If fax or computer detected update status column = 3 07. If answer update status column = 1 At the end of the day. I would need to be able to export a list of all phone calls answered in which it played a wave file.
