A2billing/Asterisk System is Down

I have an A2billing/Asterisk Service that is comprised of the following XenServer virtual machines:
VM 1: Asterisk media server
VM 2: Asterisk Media Server
VM 3: OpenSips (Load balancer)
VM 4: A2billing database
The two asterisk media servers are connected to NFS on VM 4
VM 4 is the source of the problem. Recent changes were made to the filesystem, as a result the MYSQL database and the NFS on VM 4 went offline from what I can tell based on system start up log which reads :
Starting MySQL: Failed
Time Out Error occurred Trying to Start MySQL daemon
The Asterisk Media servers both display the following error at start up:
Mounting NFS filesystems: mount: mount to NFS server '[url removed, login to view]' failed: System Error: Network is unreachable.
mount: mount to NFS server '[url removed, login to view]' failed: System Error: Network is unreachable.
mount: mount to NFS server '[url removed, login to view]' failed: System Error: Network is unreachable.
[FAILED]
[url removed, login to view] is the ip address for the a2billing online [url removed, login to view] is unreachable at the moment, and it times out when I ping it.
I need someone that knows what they are doing to get this system up and running again as soon as possible.
