I require a sentence outline to support an 9 page paper in order for me to write a report. I will need the source and page # annotated for each point/sentence - see attachments. Please use the paper guidance below to support the outline. The idea is for me to look at the outline and start populating my paper from each sentence with source and page#. I require the final product to be in Microsoft word.

*Paper will focus on a current or recent challenge faced by a large business concerning Systems Analysis, Design, and Implementation. The paper should:

-Identify a major challenge, or multiple minor challenges, faced by a corporation developing a new or replacement Information System.

-Identify the origin of the problems as they relate the Analysis, Design, and Implementation process.

-Discuss how the CIO, IT Team or Management identified and addressed these issues. How the actions of the CIO or other Management involved in the project changed the outcome (or did not)?

What was the approximate “cost” (Time, dollars, reputation, etc.) associated with delays or failure of the project.

Based on principles identified in this course, what, if anything could have been done to avoid the issues.

Overall, the paper will demonstrate the use of Systems Analysis, Design, and Implementation processes, how problems are identified, analyzed for root cause, and corrected.
