Do some 3D Modelling for projected full scale Mobile Home project.

I want to find a 3D modeller who can design my mobile home and build a demonstration unit prior to full size manufacture. The same plans must be used for both modelling and a competent builder to make the full sized unit for my use. The actual unit will be about 30feet in length, 7 1/2 feet wide and about 8 feet in height. Model scale to suit best 3D building capability.
The basic concept is to build my own style of upper caravan works, which will be bolted onto a flat bed HGV trailer of 40 foot length. I have the trailer to be used in UK and Europe, it is waiting conversion in Kent now.
The model will be a design test and demonstration of the finished unit, and should be planned with necessary attention to structure and be of a form in which final detailed planning can be added to by CAD design systems in use by the builders employed in the objective.
The work required is to form flat surfaces, without curves, which will form a box construction on it's edge profiles only, like a grid system. The final covering of weather proof material to form the box will be added later, or may be included in the 3D model once the basic frame has been achieved.
There is likely to be further work of similar nature for the project, which may include 3D modelling of all domestic kitchen and hope appliances, furniture and cupboards to fit in the finished unit. This additional work will need to be scaled to suit real and existing manufactured units, or very near replications of their range of sizes.
3D replication and work should be in SE England, preferably in NW London for ease of joint consultation and supervision. Concept plans and description available to interested parties with demonstrated skills in this branch of my project.
This work should start as soon as possible. Payment will be made for each basic stage of project development on agreed terms. Design and all information given will remain sole property of me, the project owner, and not made available to any other party without my personal permission in writing.
Those interested parties will be required to partake in both photographic and video coverage of whole project as a book and other literature is to be produced for both record keeping and public demonstration of the whole project, both in Europe and all suitable overseas countries.
