Create 3D Scenes From Library 3D Gallery Model For Memorial Video Tribute - READ COMPLETELY

Please read this very carefully. I need a 3D deigner who can do the following:
1. Download this gallery 3D Model [login to view URL] (I will buy it)
2. Modify some elements so that:
- There is a sign at the entrance
- Each gallery painting is blank white landscape orientation
- Each gallery painting has a nameplate underneath.
3. Once complete I need to create a number of rendered shots:
- first shot approaching entrance and pause
- 10 shots move from picture 1 to 2, 2 to 3 etc. to 10 (10 shots) and pause each time.
- Final shot back to entrance
4. The shots are to provide background for a memorial video content to add on top which will be auto generated, this is why the video will pause at each section

6. Based on success of this I have many many more to produce.
