Unity - Google play game & Game Center login best practice (Login already working)

This is for a unity game which already has google play login for Android and Game center login for iOS working however currently it prompts user to login when loading game everytime. We want to establish best practices so if user dismisses prompt they won't be prompted again and other scenario.

We want to use this flow for Android:

- During the startup sequence of your game, try Automatic sign-in to automatically sign the player in. (WORKING ALREADY)

- If automatic sign-in does not work and the user's device is online, try Manual sign-in. (WORKING ALREADY)

- If manual sign-in is declined, remember the user's choice and do not show manual sign-in again, but continue to try Automatic sign-in on startup. (NOT WORKING)

We want to use this flow for iOS:

- During the startup sequence of your game, try Automatic sign-in to automatically sign the player in. (WORKING ALREADY)

- If automatic sign-in does not work then proceed but continue to try Automatic sign-in on each startup. (Not working - idea is to not prompt user to sign into game Center if they are not already logged in)

If user has not chosen to log into either display log in button to connect.

All work must be done via teamview and you must have experience implementing this before. This should be a short project spanning for a few hours max. If successful repeat hires will be done.
