Expert Web designer and Joomla pro needed for project

I will need my old Joomla website redesigned and upgraded. The extensions are old on that site and the Joomla version is 2.5. Site is a production directory site for a film registry, where members can add their profile under pre-set categories to the site. items from old site (users, mosets listings, Community builder), will need to be exported to new.
UI should be unique yet contain some elements of parent site (this will be supplied via pm)
I already procured the latest version of the registry extension (mostes). The flow is as follows:
- A person can register and login to site
- A person can search the pre-set categories e.g., makeup artist, camera man, etc
- A person can add listing under chosen category/categories
- A site member does not necessarily have to have a listing in the directory
- Photo album with captions
- breadcrumbs needed to navigate the directory
- advanced search filters (to search by category, sub category etc.)
Please do not bid unless you are top level in the following: Joomla , familiar with Mosets Tree, Community Builder, excellent web designer and Joomla UI designer (using latest Joomla frameworks).
