I need a programmer versed in Vbulletin Mods that can turn a mod created for VB3 into a mod that will work on VB4. [url removed, login to view] provides documentation on how to do this but it's still a tad beyond my capabilities.

I am attaching the mod for you to see, it involves a Paypal bridge to VB.

For the record, this mod is made to work with 3.5.4 and it needs to be updated to work with [url removed, login to view] or newer.
