Build an whiteboard animation video using Doodly or similar

I am looking to complete a series of 60 second corporate videos animated via Doodly. [login to view URL]
This project is for the first of those videos.
I will provide the log in and download link to the software or am open to you using other 'whiteboard animation' software. Should you wish to use Doodly, instructional videos are available and the software is easy to use.
I will provide a script, a voiceover via mp3 and list of characters and props per scene. (This is not ready yet, but will be shortly)
Your task is to;
- Look up, insert, layout and resize the characters, props and text.
- Set timings on each scene to match the voice over
- Set timings on each element of animation to match the voice over.
- Export into mp4 and provide back to me.
I would suggest there will be two edits before completion of the video.
Please advise cost and timing of completion and whether you need the access to the Doodly software.
