Background video for a website home page with a "welcome" and introductory theme. Approximately 45-50 second length. MP4 and WEBM formats. We would like to see options with bitrates between 750k and 1250k to determine what looks best. Might need to use an overlay to enhance quality. Your help is needed for things like enhancing text visibility and maintaining original aspect ratio. Pause/play option.
We will supply photos and/or video clips, text, music, and overall theme/design ideas -- so you will invest time mainly for technical needs. You will piece together our creativity. We want to review and change up to three (3) mock-ups as we continue to communicate with the producer.
When submitting your bid, begin with the following words (so we know you read this carefully):

The winner of this project may be hired to develop a slightly longer and similar YouTube video.
