Creating a movie

I need to create a college recruiting highlight tape of my son playing lacrosse. I have 15- 1 hour movies of him playing in lacrosse games. We have identified the time stamp of the clips we want to pull out of each of the movies and merge them together into one movie. The movie will be a about 3 to 5 minutes long.
The movie must do:
1. At the beginning list his statisitics and how to contact him.
2. During the clip while he is playing, the ability to either circle him or put an arrow by him so anyone will know who to look at when watching the movie.
3. Music Optional
