Copy photos from a website to my FTP

I need all the images from the website [url removed, login to view] copied over to my FTP site. I need them in all sizes required by Volusion.
I have a CSV file with the product codes and name and half of the prices of approx 2,800 products. I need the missing prices filled in and the images pulled for each of these and uploaded onto my server and also the missing product descriptions pulled form website into the CSV file.
