The restful API must send a custom WhatsApp message to a specific number. The API must therefore receive the following parameters:

{to} : the mobile number the message should go to

{message}: the message (only alphanumerics)

I understand that the message should come from an existing mobile, therefore there need to be assistance available to assist in setting up a "sending" mobile.
