MVC C# / user rights management framework

And to add the following features:

- A web service that passes the username, password in an encrypted manner (string encryption) and returns true or false within a WPF application, the credentials used will be the same as the ones defined in the web portal using that EF framework. The user authentication in the WPF application will also only return true if the user defined in the EF framework is part of a role called say "WPF". This part will be delivered along with a sample WPF application that will contain a login screen consuming that web service.

- The EF framework also contains no timeout or automatic logout after X minutes of inactivity, this feature will be added
