Need changes done to an existing header (the graphichs now in header will be used but buttons must be removed and space made for text to appear clearly in the middle of it so this is not so much design as that has already been done). Some 7 buttons and a logo must be changed a little to match this new header and the change in colors. Then also matching this webpage and colors I will be needing a flash banner (around 150x200) that is mainly text and some simple graphics probably around a 20-25 seconds banner. So you must know HTML, graphic design and Flash design. Must speak 100% english, be creative, be ready to bring along your own suggestions to do this 110% to my expectations.
