We have a basic web site that is somewhat short on content, and needs to be made more attractive. As I can't seem to get more content for the site, we're going to need to improve the site through better and flashier graphics. Please look at the existing site at [url removed, login to view] . The winning bidder will submit an excellent concept, with a good mockup of what they want to accomplish, and have a good portfolio that I can refer to to see that the bidder has a clear artistic vision for a site.
