Looking for a custom template made for my site. The site is built on a CakePHP framework and I need a custom template design and implementation to existing site. I am looking for a clean but beautifully designed web 2.0 design. When complete must test and make sure that all functions on existing site works. If you need reference please go to swoopoclonedemo(dot)com please go through the pages and see what is needed and then place your bid I bought the script and there are files that are encrypted for my safety so you will have to work off my server (can not upload to your webserver). There are two folders that have the templates and you only need to create another template and place them in the two places. Please do not ask me to decrypted the files because they do not interfere with any of the structure or do need anything changed within them to help in the design. I recently had a bad experience with a designer here that I hired for this job but never came through. Please only serious bids and only if you can complete the project and keep me up to date and not just beat around the bush. I will need detailed project instructions such as how much, time, and anything other that you will need to do to complete the project. I also will need updates at least once a day or every other day via email or IM doesnt matter till project completion. I will need atleast a rough design or complete design (that would be great) at least three days into the project to show you actually are working and completing the project. I'm sorry if these are strict rules but need to be sure of your intentions and only want a serious professional developer on this. Looking for a quick turnaround and a fair price. Depending on the design and the work of the designer and skills I will need more done on this site that I will consider rehiring the same developer. Thank you......
