I need to have a one-page design for my website that is a non-profit organization for kids who are needy. They will obtain free gifts once per month by showing us passing grade tests, etc. I need this design to be cute with java script mouse-over buttons (possible stars that once rolled over change color and spin), cartoon people, etc... I want the design to be appealing to children and families. I dont need a logo design as I have that already but can show you the colors in the logo so you can get an idea of the colors wanted on the website. PLEASE provide samples of previous work especially if you have done a childrens/family website before as this is a MAJOR PLUS! Since I am just starting off I only need 1 webpage that can be used/edited for the other pages within the site. Please only bid if you can stay within my $35 budget for this one page, I am starting out and remember it's about kids. Post comments/questions in the PMB. Payment made ONLY after succesful completetion of design, no pre-payments what so ever.
