Setup Bigcommerce Store for Us

Greetings. We are currently looking for a partner to outsource a Bigcommerce site build to for a client. Our client is very budget conscience, so please keep that in mind. Here is what we are looking for in detail:
1. We are willing to purchase a premade template that you can modify for the look we are wanting.
2. The store is for a paper products company. I would like it to look and feel like [login to view URL], but picture paper products instead of dogfood.
3. When bidding, make sure you are factoring in loading the products for us as well. We will provide all images and copy for the descriptions, but you will need to load the products. There are a lot of skus, but shouldn't be too hard, as we are doing all of the graphics and written work. Just copy and paste on your side.
4. You will be working with one of our project leaders (they fully understand HTML, Bigcommerce, PHP, etc). They will manage the project with you.
5. All work must be done within the next 28 days.
We are a full creative agency, and are looking to outsource all of our Bigcommerce work. This project could be the first of many for you. We have four more projects being negotiated now, so more work will follow to the right company/individual.
