Hello,

I need a skilled designer/developer needed to convert PSD graphic to WordPress 3.x template. Final work must adhere to W3C standards for HTML/CSS validity and accessibility and look similar on all browsers including IE, G chrome, Safari...

The graphic will look like a normal website NOT a blog

I will need special CSS class to change colors according to category

The width is 860px fixed

You will have to insert a 860px wide flash hearder

remove all post information like date, person who posted...

Please provide links to at least 3 live wordpress websites that you have build.

NOTE* bids will be rejected without samples.
