I have a project for the design of Functional Toys incorporating lights, and human control through gestures by the use of existing MIDI Protocol Bluetooth Technology.

As part of the product design process, the ultimate product will be developed collaboratively, by incorporating the [Members] of the final product R&D team into into the profit share structure.

The website I need designed needs to be able to allow 3D artistes who are able to design the prototype, and thus must allow for collaboration, as well as securing the ownership interests of collaborating members.

The front end of the website shall advertise the product, while the back-end should allow for online collaboration in the design of the product in 3D printable form. In this way, the back end must, essentially, and *exclusively using FLOSS software, manage an online team of professionals required to bring the product to prototype.

This will require a team with design, 3D and CAD experience, electrical and electronic engineering skills, legal, marketing and brand development teams, over a development period of 24 months. Remuneration includes co-ownership of income generated from the sales and marketing effort.

This is a collaborative project, and will require people willing to work with a global team of entrepreneurially minded freelancers, who must have a passion for [their] craft. A team spirit is a prerequisite to the award.
