A few minor cosmetic changes to a website

New owner of a website wishes to make the following changes to: www.SabanaCapital.com. I will place the winner of project in touch with the new owner (he will know you will contact via *Removed by Admin* today) and he can forward all the relevant details, give you hosting credentials to make all changes, etc. You will have to do all of this and he will simply give you credentials to accomplish.. The complete list of changes is (more details forthcoming):
* Change copyright to 2018 (bottom of each page)
* Change physical as well as mailing address (bottom of each page and Contact page)
* Change phone number (Contact page)
* Take out Russ Openshaw profile paragraph completely off the site (under People page) - just David Tobin is left
* Update the profile for David Tobin with a few replacement words in the profile (People page)
This should take someone much less than an hour and need it done today. Thx!
