1. Here's the link of the site that you should follow [url removed, login to view] . Copy the way the way the site is setup and get images from there. Study how the order process works for sample & buld tiles. For tiles w/accessories & trims, there needs to be a way to add those to the sample tiles cart. Follow exactly how the categories are setup for each tile category, b/c it's different per category. i'll share dropbox w/you & it has various specifications per category.

there needs to be 2 types of tile purchasing: 1) sample tile purchase, 2) bulk tile purchase.

Test sample tiles are smaller and 1 size for each style of tile, but can come in various finishes. These are used to determine if the look / color/ or style goes w/their design b4 they make bulk tile purchases to build their homes. Since it's small, it can be shipped via FedEX or UPS.

Bulk tiles are tiles they'll actually use to build their homes/hotels, etc with. they have various sizes, finishes, and sometimes comes with trims or accessories. Since they're larger purchases, it needs to be shipped in crates via truck. thus they need to get a shipping quote for this before the order can be placed.

that's why there are 2 different types of tiles for each product page on the original site. you need to have bulk tiles added onto each tile product page as well. Go by the original site for the product page setup.

2. You need to add tile guide instructions for each tile product page. follow the original site and just change it to internet form instead of pdf, and remove anything that has Costco or Korel Design Tiles. Never use pdf on the site. use online forms or actual text for the site.

3. How To Order should have a link to take them to get a shipping quote after they've signup for an account or log in. Once logged in, ONLY the order for bulk tiles they have in their shopping cart should automatically populate in the shipping quote request. They need to fill out the form for a shipping quote.

There should also be instructions on how to measure the area where tiles are going and calculate actually how many bulk tiles will be needed for the area. Look at the original site in this section to see the old instructions they used. You can use this to create a form w/ HDAT info on it.

3. fill all the products in the database, including the wall art products, so i can check if the checkout process works well.

4. when i tried to check out, i got routed back to the flat rate shipping section, b/c my antivirus is blocking a phishing spam during this process. clean that up,b /c i don't want phishing spread on this site or any other site, and i need to check if the checkout process works.

5. how are you differentiating between bulk tile purchases and everything, b/c it'll have to be shipped by truck for bulk tiles.

6. add metatags, all sitemaps, htacess, index site on google, yahoo, bing, optimize images/video/browser cache/minify codes to abide by google speed check, clear codes on w3c

7. Add a scroll up bar

8. Fix the mobile to display and function well on the mobile screen

9. On the shipping method in the chekcout, there should be options for shipping via truck or FedEx. if it's truck shipment, then that needs to be added automatically from their account. Their account should have all the order and shipping info in which should automatically populate in teh checkout process.
