Provided script for controlling time use of users on windows server domain

I am in need of a freelancer who can help me with a project that involves controlling the time use of users on my Windows Server 2019 domain.
18 local PCs are connect to server, approximately 1500 are listed in AD. Each user can have max of 2 weekly hours of use on local PCs that are connected to the server. User can use the 2 hours bank on several session over the week. Once he reach 2 weekly hours, user account will be locked out from using local PCs until next Sunday at 7am. User will have counter of remaining usage time visable on every login.

- Customize the script to track and limit time for specific groups of users
- Ensure that the script runs smoothly on my Windows Server 2019 domain
