My company is a managed service provider. we have a data center and we'd like to replace a file server that is installed at our customer site with a central file server, installed in our server farm.

We are looking for installation and configuration of windows 2012 R2 BRANCH CACHE at a remote site and in server farm.

My customer has windows 7 professional edition (no enterprise nore ultimate) at the branch site.

We need to understand which version of branch cache (hosted or not is best) and which features we could achieve using it (file locking,...).

We are based in Italy (Brescia) but we can work also with english speaking system engineers.
