Converting HTML website to WordPress

website is up right now but need to convert full to wordpress and add functions to [login to view URL]
We also need these features:
1. add remove or edit menu part in wordpress panel
2. edit slider(back ground photo) in wordpress panel
3. edit PRISER and ANDRA PRISER Menu in Wordpress Panel
4. after visitor click at KÖP at PRISER go to the new form and get FULL NAME, CONTACT EMAIL AND NUMBER, AND WHICH PRODUCT AND A SHORT MESSAGE , we need this info save on Wordpress panel.
5. add Last news part above the footer. An admin can publish news with new post on wordpress panel.
6. add a sample page ( add header and footer and good style) so that if admin want to add new page can do it easyly.
7. contact form at wordpress not working, Need to confige it with PHP or a free contact form Wordpress Pluagin.
8. we need this website be multi language, we used wordpress auto translate pluagin and we were not satisfied with that, we want to have three seperate links and parts so that we can enter the translation text ourselves. and need icoin for 3 language ENGLISH,PERSIAN,SWEDISH in MENU so that linked in their own language.
