I have a website that serves as an internal system for sending budgets to customers, but customers are not receiving the emails. I already did some tests and I do not find errors.
The platform is built in wordpress and I am using a form for this submission with gravity forms.
Even sending an email through the phone or computer, customers also complain that they do not receive or that goes to the SPAM folder.
