Managing website switch from Wordpress to Big Commerce

Here's the story. We've been operating a website on Big Commerce for many years. About 8 weeks ago, we put Big Commerce website in hibernation mode and we moved the entire database to woo commerce/ Wordpress.
The duties required are as follows:
1- Change the DNS in Dotster to direct it back to our Big Commerce website.
2- Do NOT make changes to our emails. Emails are run on a different server, though some settings or mx records may need to be updated, also in dotster.
3- Migrate 8 weeks of sales database from woo commerce to Big commerce. To my knowledge, there are not migration tool for this, so all orders may need to be created in Big commerce manually.
4- Migrate unused coupon codes issued on woo commerce that have not been redeemed yet.
5- Work with our big commerce website manager who will be in charge of this project.
6- Make sure that when we move back to our original website on Big Commerce, the back end on woocommerce remains accessible for my sales staff and support staff until ALL data for 2 months of sales are migrated back ro Big Commerce from woocommerce.
7- All orders, customers and other relevant data collected for 8 weeks on woo commerce must be migrated back to Big Commerce.
8- You must have time and availability to get this completed in 3 days, MAX. If you complete it in 2 days, you get a 250$ bonus. I estimate 3 days because we only received about 300 orders on the new website. Some are from returning customers and others are new comers. Both orders and customers data need migrated and orders from existing customers on Big Commerce must be migrated to their account. Again, only 302 orders as of posting this. Not a huge migration job, but will need done manually.
9- Make sure we have a valid, installed SSL on big commerce when propagating the DNS from woo commerce back to Big Commerce.
No work needs done on Big Commerce aside from migrating the data from Woo commerce. By the time you get the OK to switch the DNS the big commerce platform will be up to date and ready to go live.
Note that the best is to migrate the data from woo commerce BEFORE propagating DNS back to Big Commerce.
