Wordpress cookie problem at login page

Hi, I receive this error when logging in through wp-login.php. I do not have this error when logging in as an admin.
ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.
It's a small problem but I don't have the time to figure out how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated!
I also have a problem when I submit a post in wp-admin or make any changes, the changes are registered but it directs me to a blank wp-admin/post.php page.
