WORDPRESS THEME REVISION

This project is to revise the WP theme here: [login to view URL] as shown in the images attached. The theme's 'Custom Slider' function put the image at a 16:9 aspect ratio. Need it changed to 4:3 aspect ratio. The area would be 660x495. I will put larger images in for when people click on them.
Part 2 is put two new custom widget areas in the post template. With a post widget option like those shown in image new section.
Part 3 is fix widget title CSS so all titles are the same size. PUT ALL CSS IN THE CUSTOMIZE SECTION AND LABEL IT PLEASE
