GOAL OF THE POSITION – we’re looking for an EXPERIENCED, creative for the long term
REQUIRE SKILLS - ideally, your experience and skillsets includes:
Ideally you’ve worked on music, entertainment or media projects, but is NOT a requirement.
• Main/Major Goal: optimizing videos SEO best techniques resulting with top ranking both channel and videos
• YouTube Video SEO: video title optimization, description optimization, best tags selection, and the important Thumbnail/image selection or design
• Consulting and directing us on all the important steps we need to take to improve our channel’s look, copy, about section, images, social media connections, etc.
• The total “Expert” package – VERY IMPORTANT:
o SEO friendly titles
o Channel Tags
o Video Hashtags
o End Screens
o Cards
o Upload Defaults
o Video Descriptions
o Strong Optimized description
o Targeting and Trending Hashtags
o Targeted keyword
o Low competitive keyword
o Right meta tag optimization
o BIG, BIG BONUS: Understand and Experience with Youtube Ads
Schedule: 2-3 hrs. per day for 2 3 days/week.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES, but not limited to the following:
• Keyword, Tagging and Hashtag research
• Youtube SEO/SMO
• Knowing and staying up to date on all Youtube video and channel rules, capabilities and best practices
• Managing video posting schedule
• Communicating with the manager and team about all video schedules, assistance and material you need
• Meeting deadlines and due dates
• Clear communications
• Provide constructive feedback and improvements

• You MUST speak English very well
• Problem solving abilities
• You take initiative and are NOT scared to speak and make suggestions

• Dropbox
• Acrobat’s PDFs

Note: we can teach you some of the easy programs above
COMPENSATION: starting between $5-$8 per hour with the possibility to increase in hourly pay after 6 months. We also pay the 10% of your freelancer.com fee for the training period.
