Manage and promoting business relationship with new and existing customers Analytical Procedures to check discrepancies in accounts Responsible for the preparation of Staff Payroll and also calculation of overtime for casual workers and bonus for all staffs as instructed by the management. Bank Reconciliation: Checking for Discrepancies between the companys bank balances and the bank statement and if any, making amends. Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly management account of the company Preparation and presentation of financial statements in Microsoft excel sheet Communicate proactively with clients, providers, representative and also responding to customers complaints Assisting both internal and external auditors with queries Organizing and maintaining the companys accounting records General Ledger entries including control accounts, accruals and prepayments Maintenance of account receivables ageing analysis. Monthly inventory on providers with external auditors Preparation of summary reports to reflect cash flow Other duties as assigned by the management. Representing the company during Tax Audit exercise by LIRS & FIRS Attending and answering of all tax query(ies) from LIRS on behalf of the company Computation of firms monthly value Added Tax (VAT) and filling of returns to federal inland Revenue services (FIRS)on monthly basis.
