- Organizational Culture: I strengthen organizational culture to be positive, engaging, and productive;
- Performance Management: I implement performance evaluation systems that are fair, transparent, and motivating;
- Internal Communication, Internal Marketing, Corporate University: Development and implementation of effective internal communication plans;
- Change Management: I support companies in effectively managing organizational changes with minimal negative impact on employees;
- People Analytics: I use data and analysis to support HR decisions and optimize results;
- Recruitment and Selection: I implement comprehensive and efficient recruitment and selection processes (right people in the right place).
- Onboarding, integration, and offboarding: I implement an effective onboarding and integration process so that new employees feel welcome and adapt quickly to the organization.
