This website is built using wordpress and popular plugins like contact form 7, avanced custom fields, yoast SEO etc . The HTML contents were provided to me and I created a custom wordpress theme using that static HTML and created custom plugin to manage everything all together from a single plugin .custom posts types, custom widgets, short codes custom menus etc.
